Trim diffuser reeds by 1cm before first use.

There is little probability that a customer should be unsatisfied with the quality of our products but in the event that this does happen, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund the full cost of the item, given that it is returned in perfect condition and within three days. Please note that the refund for this product will not include the shipping cost for customers to return the item to us.
